How to Monitor Blood Pressure at Home

Here are a few steps that need to be followed for accurate Blood pressure measurement:

Do not consume tea/coffee/alcohol for at least 30 minutes before measuring the blood pressure.

रक्तचाप मापने से पहले कम से कम 30 मिनट तक चाय/कॉफी/शराब का सेवन न करें।

Measure your blood pressure twice a day on most of the 7-10 days span to have an idea about the blood pressure pattern.

ब्लड प्रेशर पैटर्न के बारे में अंदाजा लगाने के लिए अधिकांश 7-10 दिनों में अपने रक्तचाप को दिन में दो बार मापें।

Measure blood pressure at the approx the same time of the day.

दिन के लगभग एक ही समय में रक्तचाप को मापें।

During each measurement, Measure your blood pressure twice at intervals of 5 minutes.

प्रत्येक माप के दौरान, 5 मिनट के अंतराल पर अपने रक्तचाप को दो बार मापें।

While measurement, you should be relaxed, sitting comfortably with supported back on chair/ feet should be flat on groud arm should be resting on the armrest.

माप करते समय, आपको कुर्सी पर पीठ को सहारा देकर, पैर जमीन पर सपाट आराम से बैठना चाहिए, आर्मरेस्ट पर आराम करना चाहिए।

Do not talk or use mobile during blood pressure.

ब्लड प्रेशर के दौरान न बात करें और न ही मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल करें।
